Welcome to Dutch Seed Supply. We are a company based in the Netherlands, specializing in the sale of cannabis seeds as collectible souvenirs for the purpose of genetic preservation.

By accessing our website at dutchseedsupply.com and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Cannabis seeds are living products and their viability can be affected by many factors beyond our control. We nonetheless promise that at least 80% of the seeds in a pack germinate when our germination guide is followed, and we replace the seeds that fail if a claim is made with photographic evidence within 30 days of delivery. This is a goodwill policy we apply ourselves, not a warranty on cultivation results, and it does not affect your statutory rights.

Outside that promise we cannot control or be held responsible for:

• Storage conditions after delivery (temperature, humidity, light exposure)
• Germination methods, techniques, or equipment used
• Environmental factors during any germination attempt
• Growing medium, water quality, or nutrients used
• User experience level or knowledge

Beyond the germination promise set out above, no warranty, express or implied, is provided regarding germination rates or growing outcomes. Seeds are sold as collectible souvenirs.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase from Dutch Seed Supply. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

• All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or change promotions at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay.

• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the exterior.

• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

• Unopened Items Only: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

• No Refunds for Opened Packs: Once a seed pack has been opened, we cannot accept it for return or provide a refund. This is for hygiene and quality control purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dutch Seed Supply shall not be liable for:

• Any use or misuse of our products by customers
• Germination failure or growing outcomes
• Legal issues arising from the customer's non-compliance with local laws
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses

In any event, our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dutch Seed Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Cannabis strain names and associated trademarks remain the property of their respective breeders and seed banks. Dutch Seed Supply does not claim ownership of third-party strain names or genetics.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. By using our website and services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Dutch Seed Supply reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
