How discrete is your packaging?

At Dutch Seed Supply we go all the way to ensure that shipping is as safe as physically possible so your products will be delivered intact.

Our packaging is completely plain and does not have any mention of the products contained inside. No order form is enclosed to destinations inside the EU.

Do you ship to my country?

See below a full list of all the countries we ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, ChileCroatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,  Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands,  Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,            Sweden, United Kingdom.

We do not ship to any country not shown in the above list.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and information on the follow-up of our Courier service as soon as the products have been sent. This follow-up will contain tracking details visible on-line.

What are the shipping costs?

All delivery costs are worked out during the order process. The cost of delivery is dependent on order value and the country that your order is being shipped to.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?  

All shipping times vary dependent on the final destination of your package. An estimated delivery time is worked out during the ordering process, and will give a rough estimate of final delivery dependent on shipping region. A unique tracking code will be processed after your order is shipped which will allow the delivery to be tracked.

Can I Return/Exchange my product?

All products can be returned or exchanged as long as they are returned in their original unopened packaging.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?  

There are rare occasions in which your shipment becomes damaged during transit. If any part of your order is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition then please contact us within a week of receiving your order.

We will need a written description of any damage your package has sustained, accompanied with a photo of any damage. We shall then contact you to rectify this issue.

Please take note, any returns and damaged order returns need to be approved by Dutch Seed Supply. Any orders returned without prior consent will not be rectified.

What happens if a part/all of my order is missing?

We send all orders in discrete unmarked packaging. We charge the absolute minimum amount for shipping as possible whilst ensuring that your items arrive safely and quickly. In the unlikely event you do not receive your order in the way it was intended, where available, our tracking shipping options include insurance to the value of the products within that order (excluding shipping cost). However we must receive relevant photographic evidence before we can credit your account with 100% the value of your products.

My parcel didn’t show up at its estimated date?  

If your parcel has failed to arrive on the specified date then please contact the delivery service. Please make sure to check your delivery confirmation email to see if there are any potential delays which could be affecting the delivery of your parcel. 

Please remember: Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.

Can I ship to a P.O box?

In order to maintain privacy and keep our deliveries discreet we only deliver to personal addresses. 

How long does it take to get my order?  

Dutch Seed Supply attempts to make all shipments within 24 hours of completing the purchase. We pack and dispatch our orders from Monday to Friday, except national holidays. We will keep you informed via email while your order is processed. If your order shows a “Delay” status it is possible that the problem is related to the availability of the product, or in some cases with the information you have given for the shipment. If you suggest something unexpected, we will contact you to rectify any problem.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

We are only able to ship orders to the address provided during delivery. Once we have shipped your order we will not be able to change the listed address.

Please ensure that all details are correct upon order completion as Dutch Seed Supply will not be held responsible for additional delivery fees or non delivery. 

What happens if I miss the delivery?  

The postal services will attempt to deliver your parcel several times. In some circumstances they will deliver it to a local parcel distribution facility. If you fail to collect the parcel within their specified time limit your parcel will be sent back to our warehouses.

We shall contact you in regards to your order once in the circumstance that your parcel is returned to our warehouse.

Can customs check my parcel?

Whilst we go try to ensure that our shipping stays discrete as possible, there is always the chance that Customs will check your order, regardless of shipping option.

Although Dutch Seed Supply are able to ship to your country we are not able to give any information of the legal status of any of our products in that country. 

Please research your local laws and regulations before making a purchase, as Dutch Seed Supply cannot be held responsible for the retention of any orders by your national customs teams.
